SET ICT Services has an in-house service desk with qualified professionals. Our employees are up-to-date on the situations of our customers. Meaning we can solve your problem immediately, and you don’t have to explain your situation over and over again.

Monitoring

You are connected to our monitoring system. Problems are automatically detected. If a problem is discovered the system sends a fault message.

Support ticket

When the SET ICT support desk receives a fault message we make a support ticket and the message is taken into account.

Contact

The support desk contacts you to discuss the status of your ticket. Sometimes the error is not yet detectable in your operational processes.

Solved

The problem will be solved from our support desk. The ticket receives the status ‘solved’. If necessary, extra monitoring takes place.

Which level of support?

SET ICT services offers different levels of support, depending on your wishes, situation or the nature of the problem.

Standard ticket

You can report a problem via the support page on our website 24/7. The problem will be taken into account during the regular opening hours of our helpdesk (08:00 -17:30 hrs).


By phone

You can call the helpdesk on workdays from 08:00 to 17:30 hrs on the special support number: 035 – 0700 570

Do you want to count on direct, personal support 24/7? In that case you receive your own, direct support number. You can call a support member 24/7 who is completely up-to-date on the situation of your company. We can solve the problem online via remote support or on site at your company.
